Senior Belt Success
Pathway toward your black belt.
A short course for Green Belts and refresher for blue and red belts
Being a senior belt is a huge achievement. You’ve got a year or two (or more!) under your belt now – and we want to set you up for success!
So we’ve designed a special course with you in mind, where you’ll get to work intensively with our most senior and experienced instructors to get major clarity and confidence for the next steps in your path toward your next grading (and to black belt).
The course is split into four one hour modules held on a Tuesday evening, at the same time as your normal training session. These modules will cover the following:
- Module 1 – Foundations
Making sure the basics are right, that you have an understanding of how to look after your body and giving you practice tips and blueprints for training at home. - Module 2 – Framework
developing the musculoskeletal strength and mobility to support the high level movements - Module 3 – Perform
Performing at your very best, with special focus on kicking. - Module 4 – Path to leadership
Thinking about leadership, even at lower belt levels.
The 2020 course will be conducted by the senior Warrior Instructors on these dates:
- Tuesday 27th October, 6.30 – 7.30pm
- Tuesday 3rd November, 6.30 – 7.30pm
- Tuesday 10th November, 6.30 – 7.30pm
- Tuesday 17th November, 6.30 – 7.30pm
